Show Sheep Do Better On Regulated Range Plots S. S. Hutchings, assistant forest ecologist in charge of the Desert Range Experiment station, 50 miles west of Milford, spent a little lit-tle while in Milford Monday on his way from Ogden to the station. He was accompanied by Ira Clark, assistant conservationist in charge of forage utilization, who was accompanying ac-companying Mr. Hutchings to Pine valley to check results of the work being done there. The latter stated stat-ed to a News representative that, where sheep grazed on regulated plots at the station last year out- weighed by six pounds those grazing graz-ing on the open range, this year the comparative difference is eight pounds on the average, demonstrating demon-strating a steadily increasing value val-ue of the regulated forage at the station.
