Favorable winter precipitation this season augurs well for the start of the reseeding project in he intermountain country, Dr. Stewart says. ' Reseeding will rehabilitate depleted de-pleted range lands and will restore re-store plant cover to such an extent ex-tent that forage will be increased, and danger from soil erosion and floods minimized, Dr. Stewart sayi. An effort will be made under the reseeding program to determine de-termine the kind of plant which will best grow in the mountain and desert country of this region. |
