Show CARD OF THANKS Deeply appreciative of the many kindnesses shown us in connection with the fatal injuries and death and burial of Mr. Heslington, w take this means of thanking one' and all. Mrs. Wm. Heslington and family 1 Miss Marie Gillies, a freshman student at the University of Utah, is spending the Thanksgiving holiday holi-day with home folks. Mrs. Bryant Roberts (nee Max-ine Max-ine Kirk) of Van Nuys, California, arrived in Milford Wednesday for a few weeks visit at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Kirk. The Pierian club entertained their husbands and families at the home of Mrs. O. C. Koch Monday night with a turkey dinner, twenty-five twenty-five people being served. The tables were decorated in yellow and brown, with yellow princess tapers and bronze pompons. Table games were played after dinner and Mrs. Wilson gave an original poem on the club members which gave much merriment. Those present pre-sent were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bards-ley, Bards-ley, Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Clay and family, Mr. and Mrs. 0. C. Koch and daughter Rosalie, Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Murdock sr., Mr. and Mrs. I. L. Kelly and family, Mr. and Mrs. Roy White sr. and Dick and Norma White, Mr. and Mrs. John Low and son Bill, Mrs. Vena Wilson and Mrs. F. E. Casterline. |
