Show Bourbon Women Hold Conference A' two-county regional confer-! confer-! ence of Democrats was held at Milford Friday of last week. Mrs. Frank W. Penrose, state associate chairwoman, and Heber Meeks, I executive secretary, were principal I speakers at the meeting. During the afternoon Mrs. Penrose met with the women of Millard and Beaver , counties and discussed methods of organization. Reports j from various sections were given I by Mrs. Iva Deffler, chairwoman ! of Millard county, Miss Ann Wallace Wal-lace of Fillmore, Mrs. Frank Kim-: Kim-: ball and Miss Mildred Dorrity of Kanosh; Mrs. F. W. McKay, Beaver Bea-ver county chairwoman, and Mrs. Mary Williams, vice chairwoman I of Milford. D. N. Hickman, precinct chair-J chair-J man of Milford, acted as tempo-. tempo-. I rary chairman of the evening j meeting, and introduced J. Ed. : Wilson, who acted as chairman. Mr. Wilson, former county chair-'.. chair-'.. man, is treasurer of the state com- mittee and an active party worker I in Milford. Mr. Meeks was the principal speaker at the evening meeting, discussing the national administration and touching on various features of the organixa- tion. Mrs. Penrose's topic for tho evening meeting was "Vitalizing I the Organization.''
