Show Fillmore 'Eagles' Win Championship Determined not to take any chances with their almost certain opportunity of entering the state tournament, the Millard county-high county-high school Eagles made short work of the little threat the Milford Mil-ford high school Tigers offered at Fillmore Friday night of last week and flew into the Beaver-Millard Beaver-Millard district championship by a score of 52-35. Only in the first quarter, played on a rather close margin, did the Milford team develop de-velop much of a threat to the Fillmore Fill-more fellows, who have suffered only a single defeat this season, that of February 28 on the Beaver floor. Ted Wreber, who has had some sensational moments in several sev-eral games during the last two years, was in good form Friday night and scored five field goals. Final standing of the five teams in the district follows in order: Millard County High School of Fillmore, Beaver, Hinckley, Delta and Milford.
