Show MILFORD CCC NOTES (By George G. Pintado) Reliben Curtis, the district chaplain, chap-lain, visited camp again this week. Ho led the company in singing several songs of the west. The singing ended with the hymn, "What a Friend We Have in Jesus". After the songs, he gave a talk on the need of faith. Both singing and talk was enjoyed by tho company. We look forward to another visit. Four more follows left camp during the past week. Three of them went to their homes in Mississippi. Mis-sissippi. Tho fourth returned t his homo in Florida. Iist Sunday's snow was quite a treat to many of the fellows in this company. Mnny of them had seen very little before and it stopped all too soon for them. Clyde Burton hns been going around lately with a froggist voice. We suspect he will have to par', with his tonsils. Steven Alexander ha.s been getting along fino since losing his appendix, lie soon will Iw as good lis new. The spirit of Christmas is getting get-ting in full swing in tho company. A Chri.slnias tree 1ms Ix'en erected on tho ramp nren, and ninny of the enrollos are making plans for hit coming holidays. |
