Show Mrs. Arlington Snow of Prov0 is visiting here with her father, D. A. Workman. Mrs. W. K. Aitken left last Friday for her home in Franklin, Idaho, after visiting a week here with her niece, Mrs. E. L. Smith, and family. Mrs. Freda Outzen and son Dern, accompanied by Richard Hudson, motored to Caliente and spent Sunday, visiting relatives i and friends. j Mrs. George Moore and daugh-i daugh-i ter Arlene left Tuesday night for Provo, where they went to hear the concert given Wednesday evening eve-ning by Albert Spaulding, noted violinist. M. H. Pool, local merchant, motored to Salt Lake City Friday afternoon of last week. He was accompanied by his sflster, Mrs. George Addy of Bingham, who had been visiting here for va week, and his fathex, W. H. Pool, who had been here for several weeks. Mrs. Lloyd Lee was hostess to her bridge club Wednesday night, with Mrs. Faye Bradfield receiving receiv-ing high points prize, Mrs. Ray Mills high honors prize and Mrs. Bob Price consolation prize. Others present were Mrs. Ross Palmer, Mrs. Ronald Banks, Mrs. A. A. Mclntyre and Mrs. Clarence Grimshaw. I Mrs. Eugene Pitchforth enter- j tained at contract bridge Friday evening, March 21. Mrs. Cline won the prize for first high score, i Mrs. Gilliam for second high score 1 and Mrs. Foss for third high score. ) M Adding materially to the already al-ready highly promising spring, from a moisture standpoint, the storms of the forepart cf the week amounted to almost a full inch of water content. Mr. and Mrs. 0. C. Koch and daughter, Mrs. Rosalie Cook, spent the week-end in Richfield with another daughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs . Floyd B. Hansen. Mr. Koch also attended to business busi-ness matters for the Telluride Power company while there. Mrs. Rudolph Nielsen entertained entertain-ed her bridge club at her home Monday night with Mrs. M. H. Pool receiving the club prize, Mrs. J. M. Williams the house prize and Mrs. Gene Kirk the consolation consola-tion prize. Others present were Mrs. J. M. Hughes, Mrs. William Cochran l, Mrs. David S. Williams, and Mrs. J. C. Smith. Mrs. W. C. Cates was hostess to the Saturday Afternoon Bridge club March 22. Those present were Mrs. Sam Cline, Mrs. Rudolph Ru-dolph Nielsen, Mrs. William Cochrane, Coch-rane, Mrs. J. E. Wiilson, Mrs. J. I M. Williams, Mrs. Loren Bishop and Mrs. Carl Rohn. The prize for high points was won by Mrs. Cline, for high honors by Mrs. Nielsen and for low score by Mrs. Cochrane. Mrs. Sam Cline entertained her bridge club and guests Wednesday night. Those present were Mrs. J. H. Weston, Mrs. Myron Lewis, Mrs. David S. Williams, Mrs. Gene: Kirk. Mrs. E. L. Smith, Mrs. A.I B. Gilliam and Mrs. Geeorge Jef-j ferson. The high points prize was J won by Mrs. Kirk and the high honors prize by Mrs. Weston, while 5Irs. Smith received the consolation prize. Mrs. -Roy Firmage entertained; the "500" club at her home lastj Wednseday night with Mrs. Eddie' Leech winning the high score i prize and Mrs. Pete Banks the j traveling prize. Zabris-1 kie, Mrs. Bob Caperon, Mrs. Ray; Spykerman, Mrs. Charlie McCul-' ley, Mrs. Ross Patterson, Mrs. j Bob Tomsik and Mrs. Dan Fer- guson. j Mrs. Susan Glenn entertained the Past Grands club Wednesday night of last week at the I. O. O. F. ' hall. A nice lunch was served and the table was decorated with St. Patrick's favors. The following members enjoyed the evening: Sadie Litchfield, Bertha Cottrell, Mary Nicklos, Georgia Stonehock-er, Stonehock-er, Agnes Kauert, Dora Caster-line, Caster-line, Martha Armstrong, Vena Wilson, Frances Jefferson, Cree Elmer, Selma Carlson, Ada Baxter Bax-ter and Mrs. Glenn, the hostess.
