Business College Contest Finds Five Candidates Grouped Close In Relative Vote Strength The big climax comes Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon! Twenty-four days of interesting work and some anxiety culminates in an interesting inter-esting closing scene next Wednesday Wednes-day at 5:00 p.m., at which time the Milford News Scholarship campaign cam-paign comes to an official close and the most successful candidates candi-dates will claim the L. D. S. Business Busi-ness college scholarships and cash awards. Race Extremely Close As the candidates round the corner for the final week, they are very closely bunched and THE WORK DONE THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL DECIDE THE FINAL WINNERS! The relative standing of the five candidates as of the last checking in, was as follows: fol-lows: Gertrude Dewey, Milford, first, with 700,500 votes; Olive Hardy, Minersville, 697,000 votes; Audrey Raines, Milford, 693,000 votes; Evelyn Hickman, Milford, 689,000 votes; Hannora Hutchins Milford, 687,500 votes. SUBSCRIBERS: If you have "promised" one of the candidates to make a payment on a back account ac-count or to extend your subscription subscrip-tion into the future, DON'T GO BACK ON THAT PROMISE!
