Mrs. Burton Banks of Arizona is here as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Randell Banks. Miss Viola Lunt of Cedar City is here with her grandparents, Mr. and j Mrs. T. W. Dalton. j Mr. and Mrs. Ray Goodwin and I daughter are now residing at Pioche, Nevada, where Mr. Goodwin has employment. em-ployment. Miss Edna Smith of Cedar City is spending a week here with friends. James Hollingshead of Caliente, Nevada has spent the past week here. Mr. and Mrs. Roy McGinty announce an-nounce the arrival of a son, born Thursday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Fay Calton are receiving re-ceiving congratulations on the arrival ar-rival of a daughter, bom Saturday the 25th. Mrs. Sarah E. Dotson is visiting in northern Utah with her son, William Wil-liam Dotson. Mrs. Annie Wood died here Mon-'day Mon-'day morning at 8:30. Mrs. Wood was 84 years old. The M. I. A. road show will be presented pre-sented here Tuesday night, December Decem-ber 5, at the high school gym. Acts will be given by the Milford, Greenville, Green-ville, East Beaver, West Beaver and the Minersville wards. Professor H. H. Smith of the Utah Agricultural college gave a demonstration demon-stration on the cutting and curing of pork. |
