Mrs. Lillian Smith and small daughter daugh-ter of Lehi, Utah, are here visiting relatives. Preston Stoddard, who has spent the past three months at Grand Canyon, returned home Sunday. Mrs. Jesse Green was hostess to her Bee Hive class Tuesday evening. After the lesson and business of the class was over the members enjoyed radio music until luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. N. Blaine Winter, Crista Patterson and Don Carlow, of , Beaver, were visitors at the M. I. A. meeting Tuesday evening. Mother's Club The Mothers' Club celebrated its fifteenth anniversary with a turkey supper Friday evneing at the home of President Mrs. Josiah Osborne. The time was 3pent in playing cards. Prizes were given to Mrs. I. N. N'older and Elmer Marshall for hirh score, and Mrs. Ellis Le Fevre and i 'ames Rollins, consolation. Twenty- j ;cven guests were present. . I Husbands Feted j The Mesdames D. R. Banks and "ohn Green entertained Thursday vening at a birthday party for their i msbands. The evening was very -ileasant'y spent playing "500". Card Party at Colton's Mrs. Fay Colton entertained eight guests at a card party Saturday evening even-ing at her home. Prizes were awarded award-ed to D. R. Banks, high score, and Fay Colton, consolation. A dainty lunch ended an evening of joyful entertainment. |
