Show SOCIETY Mrs. Lee Hor-tess at Bridge. The B. A. Bridge Club met Tuesday evening at the home, of Mrs. Lloyd jLee. Those in attendance were the Mesdam.es E. 1!. Gleason, Arlon Jen-sen, Jen-sen, J. IT. Hanlon, B. E. Hutchins, ! Freda Outzen, Tom Himstreet, and I R. Malstrom, the latter being an invited in-vited guest. A dainty luncheon was served after bridge. Mrs. Hanlon received re-ceived the prize for high score. Pierian Club. Mrs. Roy White, Sr., was hostess to the members of the Pierian Club Tuesday evening, March 25. A very interesting English lesson was con- ducted by Mrs. L. G. Clay and an ar- tide was read by Mrs. Joseph Mur-dock, Mur-dock, Sr. j The following members were present: pres-ent: Mrs. E. L. Bardsley, Mrs. L. G. Clay, Mrs. Ii. E. Ellingsworth, Mrs. Jos. Murdoek , and three invited guests, Mrs. Vena Wilson, Mrs. Doug Fotheringham and Mrs. A. M. Fotheringham. Foth-eringham. A tasty luncheon was served by the hostess. The next meeting will be held April 14, with Mr. Bardsioy. |
