Show CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER IN DEATH OF WIFE C. G. Smith, of Squaw Springs, who had been held in the town jail in Milford, Mil-ford, in connection with the death of his wife on October 5, was given a preliminary hearing in Beaver Saturday. Satur-day. Smith, better known as "Cy Perk-; Perk-; ins," waived the hearing and was bound over to district court on the charge of voluntary manslaughter. The bond was set at $3,000.00, which was furnished by Mr. Smith. The case will- come up at the -next term of district court in this county. |
