Show TOOELE MAN DIES BY HIS OWN HAND With his body hanging over the back fence, neighbors discovered a gruesome sight as they awoke Tues-""" Tues-""" day morning and found that Frank Javornik, age 50, had committed suicide, sui-cide, sometime during the night. Sheriff Evans and Deputy Smith were summoned and an investigation disclosed that Javornik had cut his throat with a safety razor blade. After lying in the house until almost al-most dead, he had apparently crawled crawl-ed out into the yard and raised himself him-self up to the fence where he fell dead. Judge D. A. Lindsay acted as Coroner Cor-oner and A. G. Gowans, Orval Vow-les, Vow-les, and John Hodak, were summoned summon-ed as jurymen. Evidence disclosed that Javornik was demented prior to taking his own life, and the other evidence produced made It a clear case of suicide. Transcript-Bulletin, Tooele, ,, . |
