Show MEETING OF INTEREST TO STOCKMEN HELD Assistant Regional Forester Ernest Winkler, of the Ogden Office, and Mr. J. M. McFarlane, president of the Utah Cattle and Horse Growers Association, As-sociation, visited this section of the state last week and held meetings with stockmen in the various communities com-munities surrounding the Fishlake Forest. At these meeting the subjects of Public Domain, drouth relief, "Eat More Beef Week," and "Big Game" were discussed. Each meeting adopted adopt-ed resolutions favoring federal control con-trol of the public domain, and express ex-press appreciation of the 50 per cent reduction in the grazing fees for 1932. Stock associations were urged to be represented at the annual meeting meet-ing of the Utah Cattle and Horse Growers' Assn., to be held in the Newhouse Hotel on April 7 and 8. j |
