Notice is hereby Riven that in pursuance pur-suance of an Act of Congress, approved approv-ed May 10, 1872, the Moscow Silver Mines Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, whose Post Office address ad-dress is Room 517 Felt Building'. Salt Lake City, Utah, by Robert Sherwood, its Attorney in Fact, has made application for a patent pat-ent on the Chicago, New York and Salt Lake lode Mining Claims, all being be-ing situate in the Star Mining District, Dis-trict, State of Utah, and described by the official plat and by the field notes on file in the office of the Register of the Utah Land District at Salt Lake City, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Chicago, New York and Salt Lake lodes, Mineral Survey No. 6958, located loca-ted in unsurveyed Township 28 South, Range 12 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Star Mining District, Beaver Beav-er County, Utah. Magnetic variation at all corners 17 East. Beginning at corner No. 1 of the Chicago lode, Survey No. 6958, whence the quarter section corner on the West boundary of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, bears North 21"14'40" East 1510.5 feet; thence South 6741' West 1159.30 feet to corner No. 2 of said Chicago lode; thence North 1922' West 202.9 feet to corner of No. 1 of said New York lode; thence South 8222' West 1491 feet to corner No. 4 of said New York lode; thence South 1922' East 612.7 feet to corner No. 3 of said New York lode; thence North 8222' East 688.1 feet to corner No. 4 Salt Lake lode of this Survey; thence South 1448' West 649.1 feet to corner No. 3 of said Salt Lake lode; thence North 8222' East 1484.6 feet to corner No. 2 of said Salt Lake lode; thence North 1448' East 649.1 feet to 'corner No. 1 of said Salt Lake lode, identical with corner No 4 of said Chicago lode; thence North 1931' East 781.2 feet to corner No. 1 of said Chicago lode, place of beginning of exterior boundary. boun-dary. Said ground containing 39.622 acres, exclusive of conflict area with Lot No. 49, John Kemple lode, Survey No. 6479, Wagram lode Survey No. 6236. Bog-gs Mine lode, Lot No. 44, Boston Ledge lode, Survey No. 5674, Surprize Sur-prize Mine lode, Survey No. 5655, Rocky Mountain lode, Survey No. 5655, Ancles Mine lode, Survey No. 5682, Atlas No. 3 lode, which said conflict areas are expressly excluded from said application for patent. The name of the adjoining claim as shown by the plat is Survey No. 5672, Marbel Mine lode. Location notice of the said Chicago lode is recorded in Book 13 of Mining Lcations at page 476, and the location notice of said New York lode is recorded re-corded in Book 13 of Mining Locations Loca-tions at page 476, and the location notice of the said Salt Lake lode is recorded in Book 13 of Mining Locations Loca-tions at page 475, all in the records of the County Recorder of Beaver County, State of Utah.
