Show Serial No. 049369 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR UNITED STATES PATENT SURVEY NO. 6957 United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 7, 1930. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of an Act of Congress,, approved approv-ed May 10, 1872, the Moscow Silver Mines Company, a corporation of thei State of Utah, whose Post Office address ad-dress is Room 517 Felt Building. Salt Lake City, Utah, by Robert Sherwood, its Attorney in Fact, has made application for a patent pat-ent for the Robert S. lode Mining Claim described by the official plat and by field notes on file in the office of the Register of the Utah Land District at Salt Lake City, Utah, as follows, to-wit: Robert S. lode, Mineral Survey No. 6957, located in the Southwest quarter quar-ter of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 11 West and in the unsurveyed part of Township 28 South Range 12 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Star Mining District, Beaver County, Utah. Magnetic variation at all corners 17 East. Begining at corner No. 1 of Robert S. Lode, whence the quarter section corner on the West boundary of Section Sec-tion 30, Township 28 South, Range 11 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian, bears North 8101' East 911.3 feet; thence South 5836' East 1488.9 feet, to corner No. 2 of the said Robert S. lode; thence South 3124' West 600 feet to corner No. 3 of the said Robert Rob-ert S. lode; thence North 5836' West 1488.9 feet to corner No. 4 of said Robert S. lode; thence North 3124' East 600 feet to corner No. 1 of the said Robert S. lode, the place of beginning of the exterior boundary. The said ground containing 10.959 acres, exclusive of conflict area with Survey No. 6021, Lydia No. 4 lode, Lot No. 49. John Kemple lode, Survey Sur-vey No. 6479, Wagram lode, Survey No. 6239, Jupitor Fraction lode, Survey Sur-vey No. 6303, Jena lode, Survey No. 6478, Nellie Fraction lode, which said conflict areas are expressly excluded from said application for patent.
