Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, June 17, 1930. Notice is hereby given that H. D. Bayles, whose post office address is Parowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of Sec. 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to change the place of use of .00SS c.f.s. of water from Water Wa-ter Hollow in Beaver County, Utah Heretofore said water has been diverted di-verted at a point which bears N. 63 degrees E. 139G0 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 19, T. 29 S., R. 16 W.. S. L. B. M. and used at a point which bears 320 ft. from the point of diversion in the, SW'i Sec. 16, T. 29 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. M. for stock watering purposes. It is now the intention of the applicant to divert the water as heretofore and convey same by means of a ditch a distance of 6400 ft. to a small storage pond, the center cen-ter of which bears N. 62 degrees 30 min. E. 7390 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 19, said township and range. Part of the water will be released from said pond and conveyed by means of a pipe into 4 wooden watering wa-tering troughs, the balance of the water will be conveyed by means of a ditch S100 ft. to a watering pond, the center of which bears S. 2S degrees de-grees W. 730 ft. from SW Cor. Said Sec. 19 and the water collected will be used to water 6000 head of sheep and 12 head of horses or mules. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. a-1120. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of ,1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
