Phillips, who has been confined to the Bingham Hos-pital with a broken ankle is once more on the streets, Mr Phillips home is at Salt Lake City and he is a popular Oddfellow. General Manager Pett, of the Bingham Mines Co. also director of the Montana Bingham Min-ing Company's properties was a visitor to camp on Tuesday. He was accompanied by Frank Ar-nold of Salt Lake. Ed. Zwickey of the Gibson Commercial Co of Salt Lake City was a business visitor to camp this week. MrJ Zwickey was a former resident of camp and has a large number of friends here. Barney Walsh returned from his prospect at Ophir the past week and reports mining condi-tions there to be excellent. Mr. Walsh is still operating a lease at the Starless property. Dr. H N. Cain returned from Kentucky the past week where he has been taking a post grad-uate course. Doctor Frazier who has been working strenuously since Dr. Cain's absence was pleased to see him return. McCree a well known mining man of Bingham is now holding a position near Park City where he is in charge of the Park Bingham property. He reports the tunnel is getting nearer its objective point every day and expects to cut some of the ore beds in the future. Nielsen entertained with a real snappy speech. JESUS MARIU GETS AWAY WITH A FINE Jesus Marin of the Highland Boy was charged before Judge E. E. Dudley on Wednesday with disturbing the peace. Mary Castello the complaining witness failed to appear and the was sentenced to thirty ""days in the county jail or pay a fine of $30, which he paid at the last minute. AMATEUR BASKET BALL CHAMPIONSHIP The popular Utah Copper basketball team, will meet the hoopsters of the Magna Smel-ter at the Bingham High School Gym. on Friday February 22nd.
