Mr. Alston lot curiosity get tho better ot hi in and read the letter, which closed with a postscript stating stat-ing that "Mr. Alston Is a fat goose; pluck him heay." That was enough for tho old farm-or, farm-or, and seizing a pen ho wroto: "P. S. No. 2 Tho goose has flown, foathers and all." It took him about thrco seconds to amblo down tho stairs and Into tho streets, and ho has not had anything to do with lawyers from that day to this, proforrlng to pluck his own geese.
