To nil persons interested: NOTICE is hereby given that oi the 23 day of March, A. D., 1922, thi Board of Supervisors of Millan County Drainage District No. 1, ii Millard County, Utah, filed with th Board of County Commissioners o Millard County, Utah, a written re quest praying that the said Board o County Commissioners at once orde ; a special drainage bond election t be held in said Millard County Drain age District No. 1, in Millard County Utah, to submit to the qualified vo ters in said district at said election the question "Shajl the Board of Su pervisors of said Drainage Distric be authorized to issue the bonds o said district in the sum of ?65, 000.0 for the purpose of raising funds am money from the sale thereof witl which to pay for the construction o . drains, drainage canals and other re quired improvements already mad i and to be made, deemed necessary t drain lands in said district, and t conserve the public health and wel fare and to complete the drainag ! system in said district, said bond to run not less than ten years no more than forty years, and to bea interest, payable semi-annually at rate not exceeding six per cent, po annum, to be called "Drainage Dis trict Bonds," and the proceeds o which shall be used for no other pui pose than paying the cost of com pleting the construction of sue drains, drainage canals and othe like .work deemed necessary t drain lands within said district, an to conserve the public health an welfare?"
