Palmer, of Deseret, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Sec. 8, Chapter G7, of Sesnion Laws of Utah, 1919, to change the point of diversion and place of use of Ten (10) Sec. Ft. of water from the Sovier River in Millard Mill-ard County, heretofore diverted at a point 6600 ft. N, and 1820 ft, E of the S. W. corner of Seo. 12, Township 18 South, Range 8 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and used to irrigate irri-gate 160 acres ot land In the NE4 NW!4 and WV&NB14 See. 28, SEtt SWVi See. 14, township and range aforesaid. It la now desired to divert said water at a point 4360 ft. W. ot the N. E. Corner of Sec. 6, T. 18 S R. 7. W., and convey it a distance of 5 280 ft. by means of a ditch, and there use to Irrigate 101.67 acres of land described as follows: Beginning at the S. E. corner of Lot 4 of Sec. 5, Township 18 South, R. 7 W., running thence North 18 chains to the center of the Sevier River, thence southwesterly south-westerly along said river to the West boundary of Lot 1 of See. 6, thence south 24 chains, thenoe west 20 chains, thence north 20 chains, thence oast 60 chains to place of beginning. be-ginning.
