Ft. of water will t be diverted from North Maple Spring Creek at a point 43S ft. N. and 15SU t ft. W. from the S13 corner of Section 32, Township 20 South. Range 2 W., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and 9 ' Sec. Ft. from South Maple Spring Creek at a point 2450 ft. S. and 325 ft. V. from the said SE corner of Sec. 32. The water from North Ma-pie Ma-pie Spring Creek will be conveyed approximately '3000' ft. in a pipe line, ( and the water from ' South Maple Spring. Creek will be conveyed approximately ap-proximately 3060 ft. in a pipe line, at which point the water from both creeks Will be commingled and conveyed con-veyed a further distance of 9260 ft. and there used from Jan. 1 to Dec. , 31, inclusive, of each year to produce ' power for electric lighting and pro- ' pelling machinery in Sevier. San Pete, and Millard Counties in Utah. After having been so. used the water will be returned to the natural channel chan-nel at a point 2075 ft. N. from the ' N.W. corner of Township 21 South, Range 2 West, S. L. B. &. M.
