Show NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PER-SONAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, C. K. Johnson, of Oasis. Millard County, State of Utah, on the 21st day ot June, 1920, made, executed and delivered to the State Bank of Oasis, Oasis, Utah, his promisor- note in the sum of $1000.-00, $1000.-00, payable on demand, together with interest thereon at the rate of 8 per annum ; and, WHEREAS, the said C. K. Johnson, John-son, to secure the payment of said 11014 aforesaid deposited with the State Bank of Oasis, as collateral. security se-curity for said note, forty shares of Capital Stock of the Deseret Irrigation Irriga-tion Company, represented by Certificate Certifi-cate No. 1741 ; and, WHEREAS, the said note is now due and payable and the same has not been paid, nor any part thereof, except the interest thereon to March 21, 1921, and that there is now due and owing to the said State Bank of Oasis on said note, the sum of $1000.00 as principal, together with interest thereon at the rate of 8 per annum, from March 21, 1921; and the further sum of $100.00 as attorney's fee, and costs herein incurred; in-curred; and WHEREAS, the said C. K. Johnson John-son died on or about the 18th day of December, 1920, and thereafter the said J. H. Johnson, was appointed appoint-ed the administrator of the estate of the said C. K. Johnson, deceased, and is now the duly qualified and acting administrator of said estate: NOW, THEREFORE, the said State Bank of Oasis, the legal owner and holder of said note as above described, des-cribed, does hereby give notice that it will, on the 28th day ot August, A. D. 1922, at the hour of 1:00 p. m. of said day at the State Bank of Oasis, Oasis, Utah, offer for sale at public auteion the property pledged as aforesaid to the highest bidder for cash in hand, and upon payment of the purohase money will deliver the property sold to said purhaser. I'jlelson, of Hinkley, M(llard County, Utah, as mortgagors to J. L. Phillips of Caldwell, Cald-well, Idaho, as martgagee, and which said mortgage bears date on the 10th, day of March A. R. 1922, and. which was filed for record June 2, 1922. bearing file nuniber G070 of Chattel Mortgages, of the records ot the .County Recorder of Millard. County, State of Utah, default, haying ocoured by reason pf the failure of the said mortgagors to pay the deht described in and secured by said, mortgage; and.
