THE STATE OF UTAH TO SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the County in which this action is brought, otherwise, thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do judgment judg-ment will be rendered" against you according to the demand of the Complaint, Com-plaint, which has been, filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought to recover a judgment against the Defendant Charles R. Hanna, for the principal sum of $1580.00, and for accrued interest on the same since February 1st, 1920 at 6 per cent per annum and for J34.00 water assessments, and taxes paid; for J50.00 attorneys fees and for costs of this action and to foreclose and have sold all rights of the Defendants in and to and under a contract dated October 23rd, 1913, by the terms of which the Defendant De-fendant Charles R. Hanna agreed to purchase under the provisions of the Carey Act, water right for the Irrigation Irri-gation of the SE4 of the NWYt of Section 28, Tp. 16 S. R. 7 West, Millard Mil-lard County, Utah and to foreclose all rights of the Defendants in and to said land and water rights for the same and stock in the Delta Canal Company , representing the water right for the same, and to have the proceeds of the sale applied on the amount due the Plaintiff.
