THE STATE OF UTAH TO SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the servica of this service upon you, If served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action ;and in case of your failure so to do, judgment judg-ment wil be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the oom-plalnt, oom-plalnt, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought by the Plaintiff Pla-intiff to recover judgment against the Defendants" for the sum of $1,038.72, the unpaid amount of a note dated March 7th, 191C, exeou- ted and delivered by the Defendants to the Delta Land & water Company, a corporation and by it assigned to the Plaintiff together with the ac-orued ac-orued Interest on said note since the first day of January, 1921, at the rate of specified in said note and for $100.00 attorney's fees and for costs of suit and to foreclose a mortgage given to secure the payment of the same on the SW4 of the NWVi of Sec. 2 2, Tp. 16 S, R. 7 West, in Millard Mil-lard county, Utah, together with the water right appurtenant to the same and URod upon said land, the same bolng 4 0 shares of the capital stock of tho Delta Canal Company, a Utah corporation, represented by Certificate Certif-icate No. 104 8. 1 J.
