Show Commercial Club Banquet The boys from Lynndyl came down and it was a pleasure to us to show them a good time. At the feed which Manager Simmons ser, all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Good talks were made by Hon. Steele, Sudbury, Sud-bury, Edwards and Passwatarr.. and the few terse remarks by Osar War-nick War-nick were wori.h a cool mill'on as e reassurance. Mr. Williamson of the National Feed Mills was there, with H. E. Peck, president of the Farm Bureau. Fifty-four plates were set, and a fine meeting held. The next on cite program is to hold such a meeting in Eureka with our boy's and Lynndyl Lynn-dyl -present; then, when conditions are right, stage the bigges'. event ever yet pulled off in' Delta when Eureka, Ely and Milford are our guests at Delta. Boys, brin:; 'em here and show Delta's welcome. Make them all have a good impression impres-sion of us. Let each and every one of them go away with a personal feeling that every Deltan is a committee com-mittee of one to grab 'em in a sincere and warm handshake and say. "Old Top, we're with you; let's pull together." to-gether." Let's show 'em. |
