Show Judge Parker Presides At District Court District Court convened in Fillmore Fill-more Monday with one of the longest calendars on record. Judge Thomas H. Burton attended to the setting of the cases. Judge Parker of Provo is on the bench this term. It is expected that criminal cases will occupy the whole term of court. The case of the State against J. R. Sprouse, charged with first degree murder will be heard first.
