Show LEAMINGTON LOCALS Miss Lydla Stout, who Is teaching school In Nevada, has returned home for the holidays. The following students have returned return-ed home to spend their Christmas vacation: va-cation: Mlsxes Myrtle and Nola Great-house, Great-house, from the U. of U.; Eatella strange, from Provo; Delora Held, liom Eureka, and Spencer and Clend Nlelson, from the Millard Academy. Misses Martha and Dorothy Harrison, Harri-son, of Abraham, are guests of the Stout ramlly. T. Clark Calllster and K. A. Frainp-ton Frainp-ton will return to their homes In Fillmore Fill-more for a few days celebrating. (onfeteiice, which was held here week ago last Saturday and Sunday was very well attended and everyone? partook of what we will be safe In saying say-ing was a spiritual feast. Apostles Grant and Richards Were the visitors from Salt l.ake City, aud anyone who has ever Heard either of these two gentlemen apeak can Just begin to realize what they missed by not being be-ing In attendance at this conference. Apostle Grant sang a number of songs which were greatly appreciated, and enjoyed by all. The Oak City Orchestra furnished the music lor the dance both Friday a ad -tia ttrday U -ami old- and young together got out and had a good time. We heartily thank the choir of Oak City for the very good way In which they csslsted In our singing. We know Oak City, that we could never return the favor, to show how greatly we ai-predate ai-predate It; but If we ever can In any otJier way we will be mor than glad and willing. The Misfit dance, given recently, was a complete success and was a in us-Ink us-Ink in every sense of the word. Anyone wishing a good time Is heartily invited to come and spend the holidays here or any part of It and we'll treat you right. Come aud see. |
