Yellow Jacket Held Steeple. A contractor aud three carpenter were painfully atung when they climbed to the top of the First Baptist Bap-tist church. In New Castle, Del., recently, re-cently, to make repairs to the roof. Thousands of yellow Jacket had made thtlr home In the belfry, and they resented re-sented the intrusion and drove the men to the ground. One of the men made hi way to tle belfry and with tar paper dosed all exits by which the Insect could escape. Then be placed four sulphur candle under the cupola and lighted them. After the candle had burned out enough dead Insects were found to fill a peach basket to overflowing, and the carpenter then resumed work on the church roof.
