Show HOLDEN NOTES. A number of people left here Friday to attend conference at Hinckley. Be-fore Be-fore reaching there they were caught hi u neavy rain storm, which soon turned Into a heavy snow storm. The h'0 le bay they were well paid for going for the good Instructions they received. We only wish there could have been more attend the conference from here. Tlie students from llolden who are attending the M. S. A. at Hinckley seem to feel very much at home In school and say school Is getting better bet-ter every day. Another cattle buyer haa been here gathering more cattle from this neighborhood. neigh-borhood. Hiley Johnson's smiling fuce has been seen in HoUlen again the last few days. John Wood is still on the Improve, but has not returned home yet. He Is expected back some time within the next week. Everybody will be glad to see him home well again. Florence Stevens spent Sunday at hiiine vlh her parents. She is teach ing school in Kaiiosh. The snow Is quite deep here and by the looks of the weather we will l ine more before long. Mrs. J 1). Hunter has returned from Ieip Creek, where alio has been spending spend-ing a few weeks with her daughter, Mrs. Ed Lewis. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Wilson have come back for the winter. They have been working on a ranch in Nevada. |
