I.ake City, Utah, has made . application in accordance w ith the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by 'he Session Laws of Utah, 19ti9, 1611 and 1915, to appropriate twenty-live 125) culiic feet of water per second from Baker Hot Springs, Juab County, Utah. Baker Mot Springs consist of twelve springs situated as follows: From the northwest north-west corner of Section 18, Township 14 south, Range 7 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, No. 1 lies 9590.8 feet west and S73.5 feet north, No. 2, ! 0-112 8 feet, west and 1087.5 feet north; No. 3, 11.053.8 feet west and 1160.5 feet north; No. 4, 11062.3 feet west and 1137.5 feet north; No. 5, 116,8. K feet west and 1087.5 feet north; No. 6, 11873.8 feet west and 11-16 feet north; Mo. 7 U 702. 8 feet west and 8-15.5 feet north; No. 8, 12165.8 feet west and Mi.ii north; No. 9, 12214.3 feet west and 664 feet north; No. 10, 12,209.3 feet west and 393. j i'eet north; No. 11, 12254.3 feel west and 291.5 feet north; No. 12, 12,269.8 feet west and '251.5 feel north. The wafer will be commingled at a point which lies 959(1.8 feet west from the northwest coiner of said Sv lion 18, from which point Ihe water will be conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of 21 ,120 feel, and there used from April 1st to November 30th, inclusive, oi each year, to irrigate 2400 acres of land embraced in Sections 31, 32, and 23. Township 14 south, Jtange 7 west; Sections 36, Township 14 south, Range 8 west; Sections 4, 5 and G, Township 15 south, Range 7 west, and Seclion 1 Township 15 south, Range 8 west., Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary nec-essary will be used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's oflice as No. 6038. All pi-otests against the granting of said application, staling Ihe reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee ot 2.50, and filed in this oflice within thirty (30) days alter the completion of the publication of this notice.
