Lust Thursday evoning a couple of our most popular young people were united In the bonds of wedlock. Mr. Curtis Johnson and Mlsa Addle Han-Ben Han-Ben being the fortunate or unfortunate unfor-tunate ones as the caso may be. The wedding dance was given Friday night, and all present bud a very pleasant time. A large crowd was out despite the mud and disagreeable weather. The entire community JoIiib in wishing wish-ing tho young couple a long and huppy voyage over tho matrimonial sea upon which they have Just embarked. We hopo they may never encounter such things as shipwrecks or even the danger of shoals or rocky reefs, or anything but calm, peaceful weather In their long voyage, and that they may finally laud after the long and peaceful Journey In the land of Iloun-tlful, Iloun-tlful, where peace and plenty ublde. Mr. and Mrs. Kofford and Mrs. Shepherd, from Levan. are visiting with their daughter and sister, Mrs. F. D. Onsen. Saturday afternoon a number of boys hauled several loads of sand on the basket ball grounds, putting it In better condition, and making It possible pos-sible to play immediately after storms. After this was done two games cf basket ball were arranged. The lirst game was a tie, the teams having to play for one extra bask"l. The side championed by Karl Wasden won. Tho second game, between married men and single men, w.ia not so Interesting, In-teresting, as It was rather onesided, resulting In a final scor ; of 3! to 7 In favor of tho single men. When within about twelve miles of Sclplo ono horso was "fatigued" and the rig dropped Into the mud so far that the horses had to be unhitched and one of the mom hers of tho party dispatched dis-patched to Soiplo to yet another team and help. The bunch managed to get to the dance at 11 p. tn., about half an hour before It was dismissed. The student were: Lillian and Orvil Thompson, Naomi Fisher, Hazel Hensen, Clark Robins and Mr. Hlack.
