Show ' I Sugarville Sittings Albert Watts made a bushiest trip to Salt Lake the first of the week- : Mr. and Mrs.. E. II. Hibbard are rejoicing over the safe arrival ar-rival of a little daughter. Clair Dale left last Saturda morning for Long Beach, Cali.-, where he will be married some time this month and then return with his bride. John Barnett was given a pleasant surprise last Tuesday evening to remind him that it was his birthday. Last Saturday Old Folk's day was observed at the school house. A good crowd and a jolly good time was reported by all. Ernest Baxter had the misfortune mis-fortune to lose one of his horses last week from blood poison. The much needed warm weather has come at last and crops are improving fast but will be impossible to make up for lost time. Mrs. Frank Nutsch is agent for the Watkins remedies, spices and extracts and is canvasing the North Tract. Thurston Dale wa9 called to California last week on business. S. C. Thomson who has been sick for the past two weeks is now able to be working again. Word comes from Salt Lake that E. J. Hart is convalescent and will soon go to his home in Pasadena, Cali., to remain a few months before returning to Sugarville. Sug-arville. At a meeting last Saturday evening, committees were ap pointed and arrangements made for the big celebration at Sugarville Sugar-ville on the Fourth of July. Don't forget the musical entertainment enter-tainment at the school house fune 24th. Dance afterward. |
