Show Woodrow Writings. Preaching in Woodrow Sunday Sun-day the 14th, at three p. m. by Rev. C. H. Hamilton. The Jolly Stitchers will hold their next meeting- with Mrs. Geo. Campbell Feb. 19th. Henry Volhart is building a new residence in Woodrow, and will move his family there in the near future. ..The pleasant spring.weather of the past week has been much enjoyed and made a great improvement im-provement in the roads. The Willing Wives of Wood-row Wood-row met at Mrs. Traceys last Saturday p. m. The next meeting meet-ing will be the first Sat. in March. The Woodrow Sunday School will hold a valentine Pie Social Saturday, Feb, 13 at 8 p. m. Proceeds Pro-ceeds to go toward establishing a library. All invited. Judge J. W. Kelso and his brother, Lucas anc. family, left Wednesday evening for their former home at Franklin, Nebr. The Judge expects to visit there for a few weeks and will then seek a location in Mexico or Texas, Tex-as, at any rate a dryer climate, hoping to get relief from inflama-tory inflama-tory rheumrtism. The Kelso's were the finest kind of people, clever, neighborly and respectable, respect-able, therefore their departure was regretted by all acquaintances. |
