WHITE, his wife, whose true and correct name is otherwise unknown; STEWART TAYLOR and ANNE TAYLOR, his wife; LEO DAVIS and VENICE DAVIS, his wife; The Heirs, Creditors, Cred-itors, Devisees, Legatees, and Personal Per-sonal Representatives of any of the personal Defendants above named who might be deceased, and the Stockholders, crediters, assigns and successors in interest ol any of the labove named corp- erate Defendants that might have ceased to exist, and all other persons per-sons unknown claiming any right, title, estate therein, or interest to the real property described in the Complaint adverse to the Plaintiff's Plain-tiff's ownership, or any cloud upon the Plaintiff's title thereto. This action is brought to quiet title in the Plaintiff Plain-tiff to certain property described in tne complaint as ioiiows: The North of the Northeast Vi ; the Southeast of the Northeast North-east Vi ; the Northeast of the Southeast Vi the East of. the Southeast Vi of the Southeast Vi and commencing at the Northeast North-east corner of the SouthwestVi of the Northeast Vi of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Sixteen Six-teen (16) South Range Eight (8) West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Mer-idian, and running thence South 19.25 chains; thence West 12.25 chains; thence North 7 chains; thence West 7 chains; thence North 12.25 chains; thence East 19.25 chains to the place of beginning, be-ginning, and, The Northwest VI of the Northeasts North-easts o'f Section Nine (9), Township Town-ship Sixteen (16) South, Range Seven (7) West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and containing 40 acres, more or less.
