Millard County winners of the county style dress revue were Julene and Leu. Wanna Bunker of Sutherland. Julene is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. La-mond La-mond Bunker and Leu Wanna is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Bunker. These girls are in their seventh year of 4-H pro-' pro-' jects and have completed six years. Both costumes are made of virgin wool. Leu Wanna's is light rose in color and she has chosen brown accessories. Ju-lene's Ju-lene's is brown plaid with a touch of tan, blue, yellow and green. She has a green hat with a brown feather and other accessories ac-cessories are brown. This is by no means the first honor that has come to these girls. Both have won wrist watches wat-ches at state winners in 4-H contests, Julene received hers for her work in home grounds beautification and Leu Wanna for her outstanding work as a junior leader. . The girls leave Friday for Salt Lake City for the State Fair, where they will spend four days, all expenses paid. On Saturday Sat-urday they will model their dresses for the judges. Sunday they attend Sunday service, and style dress rehearsal Sunday Sun-day evening. Monday they will enter judging contests and Monday Mon-day night the style revue will be given for the public, winners announced and awards made. |
