NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING To be held February 1, 1949 Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Abraham Irrigation Company, Com-pany, a Utah Corporation will be held at their office in Delta, Utah on Tuesday the first day of'Feb-ruary of'Feb-ruary A. D., 1949, at the hour of 2 o'clock p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hear the annual report of the secretary; sec-retary; the election of a board of seven Directors for the coming year; and for the transaction of such other business as shall properly pro-perly come before the meeting.
