Show Mark S. Johnson Is Improving, Family Reports Reports this week on the condition condi-tion of Mark S. Johnson Holden, Millard county commissioner chair man, are that he is improving. He has been in a critical condition, with high temperature and some infection. He had passed the crisis and a daily improvement is noted. Mr. Johnson is in the hospital in Spokane, Wash., following a bus accident Tuesday, July 26. He was returning through the northwest north-west with a group of thirty who had been to Oakland, Cal., to a convention of the National Association Asso-ciation of County Officers. He was standing to the right of the bus driver when they crashed into a loaded grain truck. Mr. Johnson was struck, and one leg cut off then, the other was amputated am-putated at the hospital, both below be-low the knee. Mrs. Johnson was also on the -bus, and stayed at Spokane to be with him, and was joined there later by their two daughters. They are staying at the Pacific Hotel, Spokane, Wash. Messages sent to Mr. Johnson there will be delivered deliver-ed by them to him in the hospital. |
