Show Ctsisine Bonne 4-H Club Meets The Cuisine Bonne Club met at the home of their president, Muriel Gardner, June 17. They made three different kinds of Vegetable salads, sal-ads, which was very successful. The next meeting will be held at the home of their assistant leader, Thelma Black, June 24, at 3:00. Pfc. Wesley Sampson, Jr., spent Father's Day in Delta with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Sampson, Samp-son, and returned to Fort Warren, Wyoming, where he is now stationed,. sta-tioned,. Golden H. Black went to Salt Lake City Monday on a business trip. His sister, Mrs. Lora Skidmore, from Martinez, California, and two daughters and infant son, met him there, and returned to Delta for a visit with her father, Peter T. Black. Mrs. L. F Gordon left for San Diego, Friday, for a visit with her daughter, Mrs. Talcott. She will bring her grandchildren, Shirley Ann and Tommy Talcott back to Delta for a visit here through the summer. Mrs. Rayburn Anderson, and daughter, Lila Rae, from Los Angeles, Ange-les, visited in Delta this week, and at Yuba Dam with her parents, Mr .and Mrs. Leonard Broderick. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Wright and daughter, Barbara, spent the weekend week-end in Salt Lake City. Richard and Terry Allred, nephews neph-ews of Mrs. Lafe Morley and Mrs. Ray Nielson, returned to .their home in Long Beach, Saturday, after a visit here since Memorial Day. |
