Show DESERET Lucile Sampson Mr. and Mrs. 0. L. Dutson and son Gill and Mrs. Arprilla Scow spent a few days in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Webb and family made a trip to Salt Lake last week and bought a mew car. Mr. Calvin Black and sons Ar-dell Ar-dell and Duiane from Tooele, Utha spent the week end in Deseret. Mrs. Lois Eliason and Lincoln made a trip to Salt Lake last week Mrs. Eliason is spending awhile there. Mr. E. J. Eliiasoin also left Tuesday for Salt Lake. Mrs. Rae Jensen had a surprise party for her husband, Homer. The occasion being his birthday. A num ber of guests were there, they played games and had refreshments. refresh-ments. Mrs. Effie Moody and Norma Moody are spending a few days in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dewsnup and Mr. and Mrs. Newell Dewsnup are spending awhile in Salt Lake where Mr. and Mrs. Newell Dew-snup's Dew-snup's baby is receiving madical care. Mrs. Nona Cropper and son Vincent Vin-cent are spending a few days in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Carole Warnick entertained the Rook club. A delicious fruit plate and pumpkin pie wias served. One high rook was enjoyed by Beth Moody, Erma Dean Croft, Jerry Jer-ry Black, Mary Black, Stella Car-ling, Car-ling, Lucile Sampson and Delores Davis. High scores were held by Beth Moody and Mary Black and low by Jerry Black. Mrs. Inga Black is in Salt Lake in the Holy Cross hospital where she underwent an operation. She is doing as good as can be expected expect-ed and expects to return home soon. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Coleman and daughters and Mr. and Mrs. Mel-vin Mel-vin Black and daughter returned to Los Angeles after spending two weeks in Deseret. |
