This has boen brought about by tho united efforts of the College, j tho City, tho Chamber of Commerce, ' Klwanla and Rotary and tho ready i rcsponso on the part of tho citizens. I It chows what quick united action can do, and with such cooperation thoro would bo practically no pubLc problem that could not bo surmount- On Tuesday tho special Committee on apaxtmonts consisting of C.
