ORDINANCE , AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENTS HERTO-FORE HERTO-FORE LEVIED IN SIDEWALK PAVING DISTRICT NUMDER 6, IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, UTAH Whereas, the Board of .Equalization .Equaliza-tion and Review consisting of tho members of tho City Council ot Rich-mnd Rich-mnd City, Utah, has heretofore met and sat as a Board of Equalization and Review and heard all persons feellgn Aggrieved or having any objections ob-jections or protests to bo made to tho assessment heretofore, levied In said Sldwalk Paving District, and Whereas, said Board of Equalization Equaliza-tion and Review filed herein a teport from which It appears that no pro tests or objections were -111300 or filed to any of said assessments so levied, and recommending the confirmation con-firmation and approval of' the same, now, therefore, bo It ordained by the City Council ot Richmond' City, Utah.
