If any person shall violate vio-late any provision of this ordinance, or In any manner interfere with, or molest an olllcor In tho dlschargo of his duty under the terms of this ordinance, or-dinance, such person shall bo deemed deem-ed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon up-on conviction thereof shall bo fined In any sum not to exceed $50.00, or by Imprisonment In tho City Jail not to exceed thirty days, or by both such flno and Imprisonment. Sec. VIII. All ordinances or parts of ordinances of Logan City, In con fllct herowlth are horeby repealed. Sec. IX. This ordtnanco shall tako offeel Immediately upon Its passage and publication.
