Show TRENTON LOCAL NEWS ITEMS - Trenton, March 13. Mrs. A. D. Chambers and family, and Mrs. Lll-lie Lll-lie Smith woro in Trenton Sunday, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Allen. Mr. J. II. Petersen. Mr. Win. Thornley and Miss Violet Petersen, members of the Benson Sunday School Stake board, were visitors In our ward, Sunday, March 11. Mr. John S. Andrews was a Logan visitor Friday and Saturday. Mr. John E. Andrews of Alexandria, Alexan-dria, Idaho, was a Trenton visitor tho fore part of the week, having come hero to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Andrews. MIbs Alma Petersen entertained nt her homo Friday night with a delightful de-lightful party. The rooms wero decorated dec-orated beautifully and light luncheon lunche-on was served. Mortensen was a Loijaii visitor tho latter part of tho wco!t, On WcdnesdaylilghX March 7, th ward choir presented the operatta, "Jolly Farmers," for the. second time to a large appreciative audience. Tho operatta was under the direction of Mr. F. I. Mortensen, who has labored very diligently to make It a success. We thank him for his Industrious labors. We also thank thoie who took part In the operatta, for we feel that they, too, have been working hard. Tho Misses Sarah L. Haywnrd and Anna L. Rlood, our primary teachers, teach-ers, were visitors at Cornish Saturday Satur-day and Sunday. They wero the guests of Miss Hazel Butler. |
