Jones of Malad, Idaho, a grajduhto of tho Agricultural College class of 1912 and now In tho employ of tho Bureau of Plant Industry In tho government servico, left Logan for Washington, Wednesday, March 4, after a visit nt tho collego of a few days. Mr. Jones entered tho servico of tho Department of Agriculture In September, 1912 and wns assigned to tho Offlco of Cereal Investigations, with summer headquarters at Chey-rjnno, Chey-rjnno, Wyoming, and winter headquarters headquar-ters at Washington, D. C. Recently ho received a promotion that testifies testi-fies to the good work he Is doing and the esteem in which ho Is held by the department. There ore good prospects for employment em-ployment In government wont, says Mr. Jones, for young men who fit themselves for such positions by agricultural ag-ricultural education.
