Whllo It Is deplorable that there should be any question as to tho safety of tho free uso of tho public streets, It Is rather dllucult to avoid tho clever Individual who mnWnges unobserved In various ways to lntrudo on this freedom with his attentions.1 So that tho girl must herself act so as to protect herself from such from tho suburb who unacquainted with tho city's ways, often has unpleasant un-pleasant experiences through such Ignorance.
