C, March 12 The Ninth infantry now at Fori Thomas, Ky., and Fort LogoYi II. Roots, Arkansas, Ar-kansas, and tho Seventh infantry at Fort McPherson, Georgia have boen ordered to bo In readiness to proceed to Laredo and Eaglo Phss to strengthen strength-en the Mexican border patrol. The orders wero prepared for the approval of President Wilson.
