Ecclc3, chairman of the City Council ot Defense for the purposo of arranglpg for a board to represent repre-sent the War Camp 'Community service ser-vice In Lbgan and county. It was decided that tho former Soldiers' Welfare coiamlttce bo asked to constitute con-stitute this board. Tho chief duties or this committee will be to provide cntortalnment for the soldiers such aj homo coming celebrations, and to help supply tho proper environment and take an Interest In tho general wclfnro or nil the soldiers who have seen service. |
