Splllman, special spe-cial agent of tho board, Dr. Peterson calls attention to the fact that the Uah Agricultural College Is well equipped to give the training seeded and that it has gained a wide experience exper-ience in vocational work, because It has offered such courses since the founding ofthe institution..
