Show LOGAN IN THE FIELD TO MUST- ER OUT U5TH FIELD ARTILLERY It having been definitely settled that the 145th artillery will not be mustered out at Fort Douglas on ao-coun ao-coun ot lack of sufficient accommodations, accommoda-tions, the people of th,o metropolis of Cache valley have seized upon a suggestion offered by Acting Governor Gover-nor Bcnnlon that tho Utah men be mustered out at Logan, whore, It i - scorns, tho necessary accommodations accommoda-tions can be provided by the agricultural agricul-tural college with a llttlo help from tho townspeople. Tho school has been equipped for tho trulning of 'noldlors and, according to President Peterson, " thoro Is no question of the ability of the Agricultural College 'to extend every facility necessary tor tho caro of tho men during tho period from the time ot their arrival until they are finally mustered out of the service of tho United States." The college Is also in position to furnish fur-nish all the clerical work necessary .to he done in connection with the re- I storatlon ot the retarnlng soldiers I to civil life. Governor Bamberger, who Is now in tho east attendtna-the attendtna-the meeting ot governors, has been notified ot the accommodations to be had at' the Agricultural College, and the desire ot the patriotic clti-sens clti-sens of Logan to care for the boys during the mustering out period and ( we hope he will be able to make such representations to the war department depart-ment as will result in the demobilisation demobili-sation of the 145th in the valley city.
